Shipping policy

Currently shipping within Canada only. If you're outside Canada and interested in an order, get in touch - shipping options may expand based on demand.

All orders ship via Canada Post Oversize Lettermail using the Slotbox flat mailer. Shipping cost depends on your order total: orders under $150 can choose untracked shipping for $8 or tracked and insured shipping for $20, while orders of $150 or more, including all two-sided acorn signs, include tracked and insured shipping at no additional charge.

In-stock orders are typically processed and shipped within one to two business days. Canada Post estimates delivery in two to four business days for most Canadian addresses once in the mail - allow up to a week to be safe. Custom orders require approximately two to three weeks from order confirmation to delivery, including production time.

Each sign ships in a laser-cut EVA foam cradle sized to fit the sign snugly, with a dedicated void for the finial. The foam is sandwiched between two layers of corrugated cardboard and the whole assembly sits tight within the Slotbox mailer. It's designed to protect the signs - including the finial, which is the most vulnerable point - through normal postal handling.

Tracking is included automatically on all two-sided acorn signs and any order of $150 or more. For smaller orders such as pins and magnets, you can choose tracked shipping at checkout for $20, or save with the untracked option for $8. Custom orders ship with tracking included.
